Concert Band Schedule Update!

 

"Teamwork makes the dream work"

To Support the 13th Annual All Bands Concert on May18th and Spring Concert on May 25th.  We will add an extra  rehearsals this week!

Schedule till further notice:
Mondays - 7am, 
Wednesdays - 7am 
Thursdays 3:15-6pm 

This means an extra morning and extend Thursdays by 1/2hr.

April personal practice - 
Students are expected to continue preparing for summer music camps. We will be focusing on sight reading which is an essential skill for camp and beyond. 

"Don't play it until you get it right. Play it until you can't get it wrong"

Here’s what you should be doing:

1- Warm up routine 
2- Sight reading from essential elements, Method books and Band Charts 
3- Other skills (solos, scales etc…) 

Print your music:



"If you can play it slow, you can play it fast"
